Qualifications :
I hold a MA in Translation and Interpret. from Copenhagen Business School and I have been working as a freelance translator since 1993. My main areas of expertise are Large and Small-scale Engineering Projects, Technical Translation (manuals, brochures, etc.), Literature, Commercial and Legal Issues (contracts, etc.), Subtitling, Advertising and Marketing, Journalism (tourism, sports and leisure), IT related projects (WEB-sites, Software, Localization), Health-related and Medical Issues, Food Industry.
Professional experience :
I have worked, and still do, for government agencies, Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as for diplomatic missions accredited to Copenhagen, both on a regular and on a freelance basis. I have also worked for a number of companies, among them Nordisk Film (Subtitling Division), both medium-size and for the Danish Literature Center, acting both as a translator and proof-reader.
Working method :
