I am an English-Spanish translator from Argentina. In 2001, I obtained my degree as an English to Spanish translator at Universidad Nacional de La Plata and nw I have six years experience as a freelancer, and I am currently attending the International Proofreading and Copy-editing Career (Spanish language).

One of main interests is technology. I consider myself an advanced Internet surfer and I never get tired of trying out yet another application. I can handle almost any file format in existance and I am always learning how to use whatever new tools that I think will be useful or would improve the quality of my work. I love languages and translation, because through them I am able to read and learn about so many different subjects.

Working method :
I work only with authoritative reference books, dictionaries and glossaries. I spellcheck all my translations and read them several times before delivery. I may use a translation memory application for texts that require a specific consistency as regards terminology. Otherwise, I am resourceful when translating a more literary text, using the language that would be natural for the target reader.
