Born and educated in Canada, I have lived and worked in North America, Europe and Latin America. My cross-cultural experience is combined with a doctorate in German and 20 years of second-language acquisition, working in the education and business sectors.
I have been working as a freelance translator in Chile since 2002, mainly in the areas of medicine and science.
Throughout my career, I have consistently sought ways to improve both my linguistic skills and my knowledge in various areas to aid in translation and teaching. In reviewing my work history, you will see that I also have administrative and managerial experience as well as computer skills.
