Presentation :
A published author of books and articles in cultural anthropology, I have worked as a translator on both a freelance basis since 1991, including in an in-house capacity from 1991 to 2004 in a real estate development firm. Freelance projects included the translation of an art history thesis, a children's book, and personal memoirs, texts relating to art and the art market, and an educational textbook about space. Translation projects also included texts from the areas of real estate, construction, marketing, contracts, and general business. In addition, I specialize in the translation of academic texts, in particular anthropology and other social science texts.

I am an independent scholar, undertaking various research and writing projects in cultural anthropology. I also have edited and published a historical document in German.
