I have studied German Philology and I have more than ten years experience in translation and editing/proofreading (English/German/Russian into Spanish). I can work with Trados, Transit, Dejà Vu, SDLX, FrameMaker, PageMaker and Quark and can also make DTP.

· More than 10 years experience as a translator/editor (from English into Spanish and from German into Spanish of technical texts (Medicine, Computing and Mechanics) . Works for medical clients: 3M, AMS, Atos, Biotronilk, Datascope, DatexOhmeda, Dräger, Hamilton, Mallinckrodt (former Nellcor), Medtronic, PerkinElmer, Siemens, Sonosite, Stöckert, Zoll, etc.
· More than 10 years experience as a translator (from English into Spanish and from German into Spanish) of newspapers, magazines,etc.
· Translation, in collaboration with D. Guillermo Bueno del Romo and María Teresa Matilla Rodríguez, of the book Binocular Vision Anomalies (Anomalías de la visión binocular), published by the Association of Opticians and Optometrists Madrid.
· Translation of several software reference manuals (Quick Start) - Ed. Data Becker (from German into Spanish)
· Participation in the translation of the book: "Brock Biología de los Microorganismos" Pearson/Prentice Hall, 2003
· Translation of the "Martini's Anatomy Atlas", Prentice Hall
