Professional experience :
We have been doing freelance translation for the last four years in the areas of Finance (SAP), machine construction (Bosch), IT, Website Localization, Product brochures (Philips) etc..

We translate German to English (UK or US) and English to German as native speakers in both source and target languages. I am German with over 20 years professional experience as a foreign language secretary in Computer companies and with an international PR agency. My husband is an American with over 25 years experience in all areas of IT.
Prices :
0,05-0,10 Euro per Word, depending on the complexity and length of the material.
Working method :
Our infrastructure is PC based using Microsoft products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) as our primarily document processing tools, Macromedia (Dreamweaver/Fireworks/Flash/Freehand) for localization and Adobe Photoshop for graphic work. We support our translation activity with the CAT tools Transit Satellite and WordFast. This coupled with a permanent internet connection provides a modern working environment that supports the needs of our customers.
