Presentation :
I have been working as a freelance translator (French into English) and interpreter since 1996. I work regularly as an interpreter for Liverpool City Council and for the Home Office. I am on the National Register of Public Service Interpreters.

My other work experience includes 6 years in housing management, 10 years in education and 8 years in voluntary sector development.

I have a good degree in Mathematics and Management Studies; I am a qualified lecturer in Higher and Adult Education; I have the Institute of Linguists’ Diplomas in Translation (French into English), Public Service Interpreting (French/English Law) and Languages for International Communication (French). I also have qualifications in housing management and in computing.
