We are a married couple of experienced professional translators, University graduates (PhD level) working as a team.
We have been working together for more than 20 years as teachers as well as translators and interpreters.
We translate from English, Italian and Portuguese to Spanish, our native language.

· Currently we are carrying out all technical translations for the Sheraton Cordoba Hotel (Maintenance) and working with two American Firms on Education, Social Security, Health Insurance and also on Technical matters.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE:
· Automotive Industry: In this area we got expertise through the translation of a regular technical bulletin for Hyundai. We also translated manuals and dealer’s catalogues for several other Korean Car Factories such as Kya Cars and others.
· Oil and Gas Industry: We translated several catalogues and manuals on compressors, turbines, power plants and service for an Oil and Gas Industry (Siemens) as well as a contracts for Offshore Platforms Maintenance.
· Defence (Naval and Military): This area is backed by personal experience as Infantry Officer and contacts with ROTCs from USA and translations on this field such as manuals on new equipment for the Guardia Civil Española, etc.
· Education: This field is backed by the many years as language teacher (Spanish and English). In this field we translated a Language Teaching Method (260,000 words) and a Mathematics Teaching Method (300.000 words) both for Harcourt Schools (USA). In 2002, we worked on the translation of two Literary Selections Books (600 pages each) also for Harcourt Schools (USA). This year (2005) we worked on two Mathematics Teaching Books (“Ramp up to Mathematics” –for America’s Choice Inc.) All these projects were through a Translation Agencies Assignment.
· Insurance Documents: Surveyors’ Reports, International Agreements, and Legal Translations, i.e. Contracts, Documents, Regulations, etc.
· Social Security: We translated an extensive Handbook for Unemployment Benefits for the State of Oregon. Other projects done for Kaiser Permanente, Crystal Stairs, and other Health Care Agencies in USA and Australia that would be too extensive to mention.
· Science: Biology, Biodiversity, Ecology, Medicine
· Technical: We have been strongly engaged in technical projects such as new hardware and software systems, household goods manuals for Ericsson, Telecom, Samsung, MG, NorLake, 3M and many others.
· We also cover and have experience on a wide variety of fields such as Religion, Literature, Sociology, etc.
