Presentation :
We are a small DIN 2345 certified translation agency (member of the BDÜ, the German association of translators and interpreters) in Northern Germany. We're exclusively working from French and English into German. Reducing our offer to just these two language combinations gave us the opportunity to develop an extensive know how in a lot of fields of competency (list of the fields of competencies covered by our agency available upon request) , but the translation hard- and software related documents (user manuals, online help, product brochures, web sites) has a long tradition in our agency, founded in 1994. Since several years we translate for Schneider Electric, Sagem, Siemens, Sony, Philips, Nortel Networks etc. from EN/FR into GER. We also translate hard- and software related documents as a subcontractor for the following translation agencies: Lionbridge, euroscript Luxembourg, Lexitech Brussels, NCI Brussels.
We work under Word 2002/2000, Office XP, Transit, Trados, Déjà Vu, Wordfast, Logoport and use XMetaL, RoboHelp, RCWintrans for localization purposes. We have dedicated lines to e-mail/internet, so we can work online in a networking environment without extra charge.
Our basic price is 0,075 Euros per word source text for translations from EN/FR into GE but this is only a reference price and we will negotiate fixed prices after insight in the text to be translated. The process of invoicing word/source text has the advantage of complete cost control and transparency for both, agency and translator.
ATTENTION: This fee includes proofreading of the translation by a qualified translator.
!!!We offer graduated prices for Trados/Transit translations!!! (100% matches at 1/3 and fuzzy matches at 2/3 of the fixed price/word).
