Presentation :
I have been a freelance translator since October 2000, and have mainly worked with translations of business systems (e.g. Oracle Applications), but also with documentation and help texts, some web sites/portals, and have lately done language editing of a number of doctoral dissertations in marketing and medical areas. I have a degree in English & Comparative Literature, with added studies in business English (ESP), Swedish, linguistics, and am currently a student of physiotherapy. Thanks to the latter, and to my previous studies in the various fields associated with eating disorders (medicine, psychology, nutrition, some pharmacology etc), I also have an fair knowledge of psychology, anatomy, physiology, medicine, and health care.
I also do support work for eating disorder sufferers, provide information about eating disorders for various types of people, and run a Swedish eating disorder web site.
