I am a French free-lance translator of Italo-French origins, specialised in general business, marketing, advertising, communication as well as telecommunications, scientific and technical matters.
I also have translating / interpreting / editing / proof-reading experience and personal interest in other areas including entertainment (music, cinema, TV), literature, education, children's books, development and developing countries (particularly Africa) and gastronomy.

Qualifications :
I hold a Physics & Chemistry Engineer Degree (M.Sc.) from one of the most prestigious French Universities (Ecole Supérieure de Physique & Chimie de la ville de Paris - ESPCI), completed by an Advanced Degree in Inorganic Chemistry.
My cursus also included several traineeships abroad, which gave me an opportunity to initiate scientific and technical translations :

* Japan (Osaka Gas Research Center - Osaka);
* Belgium (Procter & Gamble European Technical Center - Brussels);
* UK (Imperial College of Science & Technology - London).
Later on, I achieved in-house translations for Procter & Gamble and Telecom Italia, and further specialised in technical matters including manuals, specifications, agreements, brochures, etc.
Then, I also specialised "on the job" in general business, marketing, advertising, communication and telecommunications through in-house translations for Procter & Gamble and Telecom Italia.
